k3000 Feature Updates for August
Now that writing is online, wouldn’t it be great if you could work from any device? You can now with this latest release! Try it out, log into www.fireflybykurzweil.com from your Android or Apple phone or tablet. You can read, take notes, write, and complete assignments anywhere.
That’s not all that was released for k3000 this month. You’ll notice increased flexibility with notes and the ability to re-size both note and translation windows. Features that will not work in Offline Mode, such as links to online resources, are grayed out and a message indicates that users can work offline for 72 hours from the last time the user logged in online. Here are other new features and updates you’ll want to check out.
k3000 Feature Updates in August
- Spell Check for Web Editor: A new button in the k3000 Web Editor identifies misspellings and suggests replacement words. Learners can listen to each suggestion before they select the correct word.
- Cross-out Feature in iPad App: The cross-out feature is now available in all versions of k3000; including Windows and Mac computers, the Web App and now in the iPad App.
- New HTML5 Player: The k3000 Web App now works in all modern browsers and all phones and devices, including Android and Apple.
If you missed it, here’s a re-cap of feature updates in July.
